The firm was established in 1981 by Ian Miller and is one of the largest firms and oldest firms in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The firm offers a full range of legal services, and advice is given to the leading international law firms, major financial institutions and both domestic and international clients. The firm is also affiliated with M & S Trust Company Limited, a licensed trust company that provides the formation and management of Turks and Caicos Island companies, trusts and mutual funds.
