The firm has extensive experience acting for banks and other lending institutions, both those based in the Turks and Caicos Islands and banks based elsewhere lending on an ´ad hoc´ basis in the TCI. We represent banks lending not only to domestic customers, but also to significant tourist developments and also high value public private infrastructure projects.
In addition we represent commercial borrowers who are negotiating or securing financing for their project or enterprise.
As well as lending in the Turks and Caicos Islands we regularly advise banks with respect to international transactions involving Turks and Caicos Islands´ entities.
