When acting for purchasers we can advise on all necessary issues relating to purchasing real property in the Turks & Caicos Islands including title, due diligence and structuring. When acting for sellers we can advise on, prepare and negotiate all necessary documentation. In addition we will act as escrow agent for the purchase funds ensuring timely distribution of funds following closing.
